Transitions from higher education to the world of work –
Findings from the first graduate survey in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia

The CONGRAD Conference aimed at presenting results of the first regional graduate survey and the discussion thereof within thematic panel sessions. The conference addressed representatives of higher education institutions’ management level (Rectors and Vice-Rectors, Deans and Vice-Deans) as well as other interested stakeholders from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and the neighbouring countries (management and teaching staff from higher education institutions, employers, ministries, researchers, country level student organisations, NGOs, etc.). More than 90 participants attended the conference.
